Why we lead with the numbers
A styled room photo hides the assembled footprint and the load rating. The piece arrives, it does not fit the wall or the doorway, and a bulky return begins that nobody wanted.
The fix is unglamorous: put overall dimensions, material and load rating on every product page, and say out loud what a furniture piece can and cannot do. That is what this shop is.

Checked before it is packed
During the 2 to 4 business days handling window every order is opened and checked against the order, and panels are corner-protected and edge-wrapped, and the hardware pack is taped to the inside of the carton so it cannot go missing.
Honest about what is normal
We say up front that a faint finish smell for the first week and small variation in wood grain and colour between pieces — so a normal first day is not mistaken for a defect.
What we will not claim
No six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own, and no promise a furniture piece does something it cannot. Unless a product page lists it in the box, we do not supply assembly service, wall anchors for your wall type and any styling props in the photograph, and we say so before you pay.
Our story
The shop grew out of measuring and re-packing every piece in Kanpur. The same two disappointed buyers kept appearing: the one who bought on a photograph and got a size or capacity that did not suit, and the one who assumed something was included that never is.
Selling online removed the chance to put the thing in someone hands and let them judge it. So the specification had to carry that weight instead, and the packing had to carry the goods: panels are corner-protected and edge-wrapped, and the hardware pack is taped to the inside of the carton so it cannot go missing.
How we work, in practical terms
- Online only. Solviera Plaza runs entirely online, with no shop or showroom. Orders are dispatched from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shipping. Free at ₹1,999 and above; flat ₹79 below that. Handling 2 to 4 business days, then transit 4 to 12 business days.
- Returns. 7 days from delivery on unused goods in the original packaging, refunded within 7 business days.
- Payment. UPI or Cash on Delivery, in Indian rupees. No cards, no PayPal, no stored payment details.
- On arrival. Check the carton before signing, film the unboxing, and report any damage within 48 hours.
